     Thank you for visiting my website.  I own and operate The Landlord's Agent, Inc.  Both my company and I are licensed in Texas and New Mexico.  In Texas I serve all of El Paso County.  In New Mexico I serve Anthony, Santa Teresa, and Sunland Park.  Please feel free to explore this site and use its information as a resource.

     Over the years I have evolved from a part-time property manager to having founded and built The Landlord's Agent, Inc.  My operation has been known as Celestial Property Management (1996 - 2002), A. D. Briones & Associates (2002 - 2004), and was a department of Innovate One Real Estate, Inc. (2004 - 2008) before branching out on its own.
